Job Description Job Description GENERAL DESCRIPTION The Sales &
Business Development Manager is a fully remote role responsible for
leading sales execution, managing team performance, and driving new
business initiatives. This position combines people leadership,
revenue ownership, and strategic growth responsibilities. POSITION
DESCRIPTION The Sales & Business Development Manager will coach and
develop BDRs and Account Executives in our Growth segment while
owning team performance metrics, pipeline health, and revenue
goals. This role works closely with leadership to refine
go-to-market strategies and identify new growth opportunities. The
Manager will analyze sales data, optimize processes, and ensure
consistent execution across the sales organization. DEFINING
SUCCESS Consistent achievement of team revenue targets Development
of high-performing sales professionals Strong pipeline management
and forecasting accuracy Identification of new markets and growth
opportunities Cross-functional collaboration to drive results
Continuous improvement of sales processes Ability to pull reports
and data from our CRM to help their team achieve success Efficient
in creating lists for prospects and identifying high intent
prospects DESIRED QUALIFICATION The most critical attributes for
success within our team are having interest in what we do; a
willingness to learn; exceptional work ethic; a commitment to
quality and success; strong writing and communication skills;
personal accountability; and loyalty in the way he or she treats
their relationships. These attributes will be given preference to
field of study or technical experience. 5 years of sales experience
with some leadership responsibility Proven success managing and
scaling sales teams Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills
Experience driving new business growth Strong knowledge and
expertise of sales methodologies like Sandler, MEDDIC, MEDPIC, etc.
Emphasis on being able to coach and train their team Excellent
communication and leadership abilities Bachelor’s degree required;
