Description:Lockheed Martin is seeking a Strategic Operations
Research Analyst Associate Manager to lead the Missiles and Fire
Control Air Dominance Operations Analysis Team. This position will
require frequent interactions and collaboration with leadership,
team members, program managers, and engineers in other disciplines
in order to guide impactful studies to quantify the effects of
weapons and sensors on mission effectiveness. This candidate will
support requirements definitions, concept of operations (CONOPS)
evaluation, and operational studies to help shape and influence
future capabilities of the warfighter.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
Leading Air Dominance fixed wing weapons and sensors OA team
Formulating analysis and study plans based on critical
questions/problem statements
Applying engineering-based techniques, problem-solving methods, and
critical thinking
Simulation, Modeling and Analysis (MS&A) of military systems
and scenarios in digital environments
Developing Design of Experiments (DOE) and quantifying
Measures-of-Effectiveness (MOEs)
Analyzing simulation results using data analytics to draw
meaningful conclusions
Executing trade studies and performing statistical analysis
Presenting analysis with effective communication and interpersonal
skills
Leading research efforts and sharing of analytical techniques with
research methodologies.
Applying decision analysis methods to evaluate current and future
programs
Basic Qualifications:
Active DoD secret clearance
Experience leading a team to achieve results
Air-to-Air operations analysis experience executing studies and
presenting results
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Scripting and data processing experience (MATLAB, Python, ARISE, or
similar)
Modeling and simulation experience in AFSIM, Brawler, or
equivalent
Knowledge of air to air military tactics and organizations
Bachelor's degree or above in a STEM discipline from an accredited
college/university with at least 9 years of relevant experience (or
an advanced degree with at least 7 years)
Desired Skills:
Current DoD top secret clearance with program access
Experience with Lockheed Martin portfolios of fixed wing weapons
and sensors
Experience with air-to-air radar electronic warfare, infrared,
communication, and weapons systems
Advanced degree in a STEM discipline from an accredited
college/university
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government
security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
Clearance Level: Secret with Investigation or CV date within 5
years

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee
selected for this position will work part of their work schedule
remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed
Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed
during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate
work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our
employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day
work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules
provide employees with additional time away from the office and are
in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
