Leaders Furniture is looking for a passionate, customer-focused
Sales Professional to join our vibrant team at 4216 Commercial Way,
Spring Hill, FL 34606 If you love outdoor living and helping
customers create beautiful spaces, this is your chance to shine

years! What We Offer: - Training & Growth: 14-week onboarding,
quarterly training, and ongoing development. - Compensation at
Leaders Furniture: This is an hourly, plus commission-based role
with uncapped earnings—your success is directly tied to your

Leaders, your initiative drives both income and impact. - Schedule:
40-hour workweek | M–S 10–7, Sun 10–6 | Generous PTO, no blackout
dates. - Culture: Supportive, low-pressure, and team-driven
environment. What You Bring: - Weekend/holiday availability (closed
Thanksgiving, Christmas, Easter) - Ability to lift 20–50 lbs and
travel to Largo for quarterly training - Strong communication
skills and a friendly, upbeat attitude - Comfort with POS systems
