Job Description:
As the Senior Vice President of Staffing, you will be the
driving force behind our success in the industrial market and
Operational Talent Solutions (OTS). You'll set the strategic vision
and lead high-performing teams to deliver exceptional results for
our clients and talent. This role places you at the forefront of
our growth—expanding our market presence, scaling innovative
workforce solutions, and fostering a culture of excellence. By
aligning OTS strategies, you will empower your teams to execute
with impact, win big, and make a real difference across every
client partnership. What you get to do: Sales and Business
Development - Understands the current and future market, industry,
and customers needs in order to meet assigned targets for
profitable sales volume, market share and other key financial
performance objectives. - Establishes and maintains relationships
with customers, prospects, other lines of business and corporate
partners to drive profitable growth. - Driving Sales Excellence:
You will be setting clear targets, analyzing performance, and
providing expert guidance to your team to maximize sales and
profitability. - Thought leaders in the community and social media
where they are able to provide market intelligence. Field
Excellence - Building strong partnerships by connecting both
clients and internal teams to understand market needs and ensure we
are delivering exceptional experiences. - Maintain and grow client
relationships, regularly meeting and interacting with clients to
address their needs and proactively address potential issues. -
Determine and assign sales targets and/or goals while projecting
and forecast revenue. - Ability to steer between sales and
recruiting and analyze the data and results to quickly develop
plans to address performance gaps. - Provide expertise with value
based pricing and provide advanced negotiation expertise. -
Implement strategies to drive peak performance at all times, and
sustain high client satisfaction levels. - Manages P&L, KPIs
and communicates overall progress of team efforts against targets.
- Encourage the adoption of new technologies and processes to help
your team work smarter and achieve even greater success.
Lead/Grow/Develop - Provides leadership to the team while fostering
a culture of accountability, professional development and high
performance - Sets targets, performance plans and rigorous
objective standards for the team - Coach individuals one on one
through phone work, prospecting, and sales calls - Recruit, select,
onboard and train new employees and meet with employees one on one
to review performance, progress and targets What you need to bring:
- Bachelor’s degree highly preferred - A minimum of 15 years of
success in the staffing industry - 10 years experience people
management and demonstrated success driving business results -
Knows how to anticipate and adopt innovations in business-building
digital and technology applications. - Achieved sustainable
business growth, gained market share, and have maximized
productivity with a business span of at least $50M - Strategic
thinking, business acumen, and entrepreneurial mindset are a must -
Proven history of outperformance in leading a sales team through
change - Ability to present business reviews and workforce
strategies to client groups - Must be comfortable presenting to and
influencing C level management - Proven performance leading through
