Growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee the performance and development of a large-scale inside
sales team, ensuring alignment with organizational goals
Identify opportunities to improve productivity and utilization
within the sales team through data-driven insights and process
optimization
Implement sales strategies that integrate new products and
features, tailoring approaches to maximize revenue growth
Required Qualifications:
Proven experience in building and optimizing large-scale inside
sales organizations in high-volume B2C environments
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills to assess market
opportunities
Expertise in utilizing CRM systems and sales enablement tools
Experience leading organizational change and designing effective
sales processes
Familiarity with the youth sports market is highly preferred
