At A Glance: The Specialized Product Agent is responsible for assisting the Beyond the Bed & Client Relations Center teams with operational questions in order to achieve excellent supplier/client support. Responsibilities: Proactively build strong relationships with suppliers by ensuring excellent support is delivered Coordinate with management about possible improvements in all areas (technical, staffing, training) Manage and action day-to-day SalesForce cases Process on a daily basis all Disney and BTB Specialized Product bookings following agreed procedures Manage and/or assist with any pre/post/in-house issues Facilitate booking process for any BTB Specialized Products Create and check all confirmations received are processed accordingly Manage Disney Hotel Relocations with Disney Reservations Center and CRC based on agreed procedures Provide customer service to clients internally and externally Assist with litigations reports within the agreed deadlines set by the Finance Team Support operational duties relating to BTB offline reservations reports/queries End to End loading of Integrated and Non-integrated Specialized Products Other Duties as assigned by Management Candidate Profile: 3-5 years customer service experience required, preferably in the travel industry / theme parks - call center HS Diploma or AA Bilingual Portuguese or Spanish highly desirable Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate professionally and efficiently with several different stakeholders We are looking for people that are ready to ride the wave in this exciting journey.
