The team manages the planning, targeting, personalization, customization and delivery of all outbound marketing interactions for the businesses we support across offline, digital and relationship channels. The Customer Engagement organization is looking for an experienced, technical, innovative and collaborative leader within the Customer Engagement Platform team. This leader will be responsible for the strategic planning, implementation and support of marketing and ad technology platform capabilities needed to deliver highly dynamic, data-driven engagements with our customers. Regularly update senior leadership on the status of the platform and the roadmap* Lead a team focused on identifying, evaluating, purchasing, onboarding and launching tools enabling advancements across the Customer Engagement platform landscape, including vendor management and the legal and procurement process* Lead a data applications development team comprised of data analysts with subject matter expertise in over 40 subject areas of Disney data, as well as ETL and data transport engineers who curate data for use within Marketing* Lead a marketing platform development team comprised of technical experts focused on optimizing, configuring and enhancing platforms in multi-channel marketing, MRM, data transport/API frameworks and general marketing operations process automation* Lead a Project Management Office team dedicated to key initiatives enabling the execution of the strategic roadmap* Partner with DPEP Data Technology team to continuously evolve identity and data management capabilities needed for best-in-class personalized engagement* Partner with DPEP Digital Technology team to continuously evolve the ability to effect data-driven marketing and messaging, including websites, mobile apps, and brick & mortar channels* Partner across the Walt Disney company with other ad and marketing technology groups* Enable more effective programmatic media buying through tools such as DMP, DSP, CDP and native media buying platforms* Provide ongoing coaching for the team's continuous development* Continuously monitor the best practices in the industry, identify the most relevant ones for the Customer Engagement Platform team, and champion their developmentJob Description"We make magic."
