Job Description:

Location: - - -Atlanta-based preferred or Remote The Senior Tech Lead will report to Loupe CTO and support new feature development and maintenance of our cloud-based SaaS solution and TV applications. You will contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle, from requirement gathering and design to solution deployment and support. - Loupe is made up of a small distributed team across the USA. Our hybrid work environment allows our team members to work in Atlanta, New York, and remotely. • Defining and building new architectures around product needs
• Writing well structured code
• Coaching and mentoring team members through pair programming and code reviews
• Working closely with the Product Team and Leadership to define technical roadmaps that achieve company objectives and long term visions
• Developing and maintaining coding standards to ensure high quality of code readability and reliability QUALIFICATIONS
  • Proven work experience in a similar role
  • Able to lead and coach engineers and help them grow
  • Ability to architect complete fullstack features and solutions
  • Experience building on a Ruby on Rails tech stack
  • Excellent communication and organization skills, meticulous attention to detail, ability to multitask
  • Strong emotional intelligence and work ethic with ability to work independently and collaboratively with a distributed team
  • Appreciation of Lifestyle/Culture/Design/Music/Art/Tech trends is required!
  • Nice to have: -
    • Experience building media platforms
    • Prior experience at a media company
    • Experience building tvOS, mobile, or other connected devices applications -
