JOB SUMMARY/ DESCRIPTION

The Osceola County Clerk of Circuit Court & County Comptroller is looking to hire a highly motivated individual willing to grow and develop within a fast-paced environment driven by a culture of service. We are looking for individuals with the ability to professionally interact with judges, attorneys, and other government office personnel while performing court-related ministerial functions.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Represent the Clerk of the Circuit Court Office in a professional manner
• Deliver best in class service experiences virtually or face to face
• Maintain court records to ensure they are complete, accurate, and up to date
• Notify relevant parties of court proceedings as needed
• Serve as evidence custodian
• Input data into multiple system applications/software
• Perform other duties as assigned SKILLS & ABILITIES:
  • Type 35 wpm
  • Public speaking
  • Computer skills and knowledge of software applications
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal & skills
  • Time management and organizational skills
  • Compliance with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations
  • Bilingual (preferred) MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:
    • HS Diploma or equivalent, some college preferred.
    • Valid Florida Drivers License
    • Must be at least 18 years of age to be considered for this role
    • Must demonstrate maturity and communication skills for public service PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
      • Sitting for long periods of time
      • Talking, hearing, seeing, and repetitive motion
      • Must be able to lift up to 20 lbs
        
        Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm
