Job Description:
The Night Auditor supports Front Desk and Guest Services
operationsovernight for all resort brands for Rentyl, part of NDM
Hospitality. Theagent is responsible for checking in Guests,
auditing our daily operationsthrough financial balancing and
reporting, supporting call center operationsby answering overnight
phones, assisting Guest needs and requests, as wellas acting as the
manager on duty and first responder to
overnightoperations.ESSENTIALRESPONSIBILITIES Welcomes and
registers guests in a friendly, professional, andefficient manner
Acts as manager on duty and first responder to overnightoperations
including, but not limited to, housekeeping andmaintenance concerns
Coordinates with resort partners to satisfy guest requests Provides
detailed information about properties and resortoperating hours and
events Notifies Management of all special requests, Guest concerns,
latecheckouts, etc. Adheres to all company service standards
Answers telephone calls and guest inquiries in a
friendly,professional manner Maintains cleanliness of equipment in
work areas Accurately process all cash and credit card transactions
inaccordance with established procedures Generate financial and
operational reports while maintainingproper record keeping Respond
appropriately to guest inquiries and concerns to ensuretotal guest
satisfaction Handle guest issues to resolution in effort to improve
the guestexperience and escalate any outstanding guest inquiry or
concernto management that may require additional monitoring or
follow-up Make appropriate service recovery recommendations Promote
teamwork and quality service through dailycommunications and
coordination with other departments Ensure compliance with Club
Operating ProceduresREQUIREMENTSCompetencies, skills,attributes,
experience,licenses, certifications,required) Must be able to
effectively communicate both verbally and written,with all levels
of employees and Guests in an attentive, friendly,courteous and
service oriented manner Must be effective at listening to,
understanding, and clarifyingconcerns raised by employees,
homeowners, and Guests Must be able to multitask and prioritize
departmental functions tosatisfy Guest needs efficiently Must be
able to handle emergency situations in a calm, collected,and
thorough manner with proper follow up to management(including
calling for assistance when needed) Maintain regular attendance in
compliance with companystandards, as required by scheduling, which
will vary according tothe needs of the company Maintain high
standards of personal appearance and grooming Must be able to
understand and apply complex information fromvarious sources to
meet appropriate objectives Must be able to maintain
confidentiality of information Must be able to show initiative,
including anticipating Guest oroperational needs, identify problem
areas, and assist inimplementing solutionsPREFERREDcompetencies
&qualifications High school diploma or equivalent and/or
experience in a hotel,property management, or customer
service-based profession isrequired Previous experience as a Night
Auditor or Front Desk Agent isrequired Ability to work overnight
with a flexible schedule, includingweekends and holidays, is
required Excellent customer service skills, preferably within the
hospitalityindustry, is required Self-starter and self-motivated
with the ability to stay on task withlittle supervision is
essential Computer proficiency and ability to understand
technicaltools/resources is essential Experienced with Microsoft
Office Software is a plus Knowledge of property management systems
is a plus Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus Ability to stand for
extended period of times may be required frequently
