Job Description:

The Sales and Service Associates, National Geographic Expeditions create magic for our Guests before they arrive for their experience. In this role, you will be the primary contact for travelers and travel advisors. You will handle pre-arrival Guest Service concerns, recovery, and provide solutions based on business policies. As the Sales and Service Associate, you will sell and provide service on a variety of National Geographic Expeditions.

This position is a hybrid role, working in Celebration, FL office and remotely from home based on operational needs.

The starting pay rate for this position is $20.00/hour.

The National Geographic Expeditions Sales and Service Associates will attend a paid, mandatory training class. The operating hours of the National Geographic Expeditions Contact Center are Monday through Friday, 8 am- 8 pm, and Saturday, 10 am- 6 pm.

Basic Qualifications :

• Experience building brand loyalty
• Knowledge of National Geographic portfolio of premium travel products and promotions and a full suite of offerings available to travelers and travel advisors
• Experience prioritizing and maintaining confidential information
• Experience within a Window's environment
• Sales and closing skills and the ability to overcome objections
• Navigate conflict resolution and make decisions through a balance of integrity and partner resourcing
• Develop relationships with Guests and Cast Members from all lines of business to provide excellent service
