Associate Account Executive Please note: This position is a
hybrid or remote position based on preference. Lever Interactive is

marketing Job Description Success for this role will be measured in
terms of your ability to build strong relationships with your
client, develop data-driven digital media strategies, and meet

Candidates should have strong organizational skills. The ability to
learn quickly and serve customers needs by responding to requests,
resolving problems, analyzing data, reviewing creative and
maintaining quality service is essential. In addition,
thoroughness, attention to detail, customer focus and dependability
are necessary. The successful candidate has core client service
competencies and a keen ability to manage multi-channel digital
media strategies. They can identify opportunities to grow the
account and the clients business. They are capable of guiding and
influencing both external and internal stakeholders. They
understand and promote a 360 approach to marketing, audience
engagement and industry innovation. This position is in-office or
remote, depending on preference and capabilities. The ideal
candidate is located near the Chicagoland area and/or has the
ability to travel occasionally when needed. Responsibilities: Act
as the primary day-to-day contact for client Understand the
essential dynamics, strategies, and drivers of the clients business
Be a liaison to multiple internal and external stakeholders to
ensure integration across the business Shape and drive direction
and activity on given client business; recognizes and advances big
ideas Analyze marketing and competitive data, and consolidate
findings to support local and national client marketing strategy
development Review campaign results and provide weekly, monthly and
quarterly analytics as required Ensure overall quality of work
Manage client expectations, objectives, timelines and budgets Act
as a resource to team members in assessing ideas and directions
Facilitate ideas from development to presentation to execution Work
with internal media teams to deliver integrated solutions from
strategy and concept, through to execution, while adequately
representing client interests Experience/skills required: 1+ years
of account management experience required with foundational
knowledge of performance marketing strategies Foundational
knowledge of performance digital media channels SEM, display,
programmatic, paid social, connected media (CTV), native
advertising, data analytics, communication, planning Excellent oral
and written communication skills, presentation skills, the ability
to motivate staff, peers and clients, and the ability to be
proactive and use initiative Must have flexibility with working
hours and be willing to work around clients needs and expectations
Needs to be comfortable with ambiguity at times (both with clients
and internally), be able to demonstrate flexibility, creative
problem solving and critical thinking Needs to be a team player,
who is easy to work with and can navigate many different
personalities both internally and externally with the highest level
of integrity Needs to be a self-directed, active learner who seeks
out solutions to problems Must be results oriented - will need to
help develop value-add practices and processes of sharing results
with clients Proven ability to independently manage multiple
priorities in a fast paced and deadline driven environment
Experience with offline channels and/or working directly with
