Planning and Administration Specialist

Responsible for purchasing, distribution, scheduling, supplies,
and resources for company departments, such as company vehicles,
office supplies, and travel arrangements. Coordinate and support
company activities and programs. Essential Job Functions Manage
stock of office supplies and replenish accordingly. Support other
teams/departments with various administrative tasks. Write and
distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms.
Develop and maintain a filing system. Coordinate office activities
and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company
policies and procedures. Maintain and update employee contact list.
Manage agendas and organize travel arrangements for employees,
including, company car maintenance. Assist with maintaining the
stock of uniforms and distributing to employees. Coordinate and
plan company social events. Follow standard work instructions.
Perform other duties as assigned. Other Job Functions Comply with
FICs Safety policies and procedures. Comply with IATF 16949 and ISO
14001 procedures and standards. Perform 5-S activities. Minimum
Requirements 3+ years experience in an administrative support
position Must have strong Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
experience Must have proficient oral and written communication
skills Must be willing to cross-train Must be able to work companys
required overtime Must comply with FICs Attendance and Punctuality
Policy Must have a valid drivers license Exceptional Health
