IMA Medical Group in Orlando, FL is seeking to hire a full-time Procurement & Facilities Admin Assistant. This position comes with a typical schedule of 8:30 am - 5:30 pm, Monday-Friday. We recognize the hard work that our employees put in and offer competitive pay, excellent benefits, and an awesome work environment.A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A PROCUREMENT & FACILITIES ADMIN ASSISTANT As a Procurement & Facilities Admin Assistant you will be responsible for many tasks associated to Procurement and Facilities duties/activities and for providing the necessary assistance to the Department's Director as needed.The right candidate must have excellent service-oriented skills; listen to requests from internal departments, provide immediate assistance and make sure all requests are addressed in a timely manner.DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct monthly PPE and uniform inventory counts at Procurement Office.Receive, track, and store PPE and uniform shipments.Coordinate with IT and Operations department related to the ordering, tracking, and storage of any IT and medical equipment.Distribute PPE, uniforms, and medical supplies to clinics as needed. Schedule and conduct clinic PPE and medical supplies inventories.Create and maintain PPE and medical supplies par list for each clinic.Organize and maintain clean procurement office.Prepare and provide regular reports related to PPE, uniforms, medical supplies, and facilities maintenance requests.Courier intercompany mail, supplies, etc.Maintain company vehicle in excellent condition, visually and mechanically.Report any vehicle maintenance issues promptly as needed and inform supervisor of any vehicle malfunctions.Conduct facilities inspections visits.Other duties as assigned.QUALIFICATIONSHigh school diploma or equivalentBilingual (English/Spanish) requiredValid Florida Driver's License.Clean Driving Record (DMV Driving Records will be obtained).Pass background check.Bilingual (English and Spanish)Excellent customer serviceStrong problem solvingGreat attention to detailProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)Good communication skills.
