Job Description Cable Puller II POSITION SUMMARY The TWTSC Cable
Puller will install Public Safety Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS)
cable and components for our customer projects. This position will
require physical skill and expertise in running and terminating
coaxial cable, fiber optic cable, network cable. The Cable Puller
II position will assist the project construction manager and/or
Lead Technician to meet our project objectives and ensure safety
and quality control throughout each of our customer projects. CORE
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Pulling Coaxial and Fiber Optic Cable
runs and terminating components for Distributed Antenna Systems.
Installing DAS wireless equipment using any combination of external
and internal antennas, coaxial cable, fiber optic cable and other
Terminating wall and ceiling mounted components.
Completing job related documentation and reports.
Communicating and coordinating with project leads and/or
Keeping informed on safety standards and wearing Personal
Protective Equipment (PPE).
Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
Perform other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED Equivalency
EXPERIENCE: Preferred 1-2 years of installation experience in
DAS, electrical, security alarm or fire alarm systems.
Preferred experience with RF systems operation.
Preferred knowledge of DAS technology, architecture, fiber
design and deployment requirements.
REQUIRED SKILLS: Required to have a valid drivers license.
The ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and
