Job Summary:As a Customer Engagement Mgr I - Paid Search Activation, for Walt Disney Parks and Resorts, you will manage strategy development, campaign execution, and analysis for some of the most recognizable brands in the world. The objective of this position is to execute search engine marketing and other content discovery channel programs to meet the goals of marketing and technology partners. You will be an expert in Google Adwords and Bing Ads while also having working knowledge of Youtube, and Pinterest Advertising. You will report to the Customer Engagement Manager III Paid Search.Responsibilities:Your Role: Manage the strategy for assigned campaigns for several search and content discovery channelsDevelop presentations and present results, important insights and recommendations to executives and other partnersPerform daily campaign management of multiple large-scale Paid Search (PPC) and Auction Media campaigns which include: campaign launches, budget management, bid management, analytic tracking and reporting, multivariate testing and participation in beta program testingDemonstrate data analytics skills by leading the analysis and presentation of data for ad copy, landing page and beta testing projects with the ability to obtain conclusions and applicable next steps from resultsManage daily budget tracking process to make sure monthly spending levels are on paceCollaborate with Customer Engagement Planning Manager and marketing partners to achieve goalsMaintain the distribution of detailed reports that summarize the individual performance of assigned accountsCollaborate with management and team members to establish processes to further improve efficiency for partnersKeep current on the Search & Programmatic Media industry and propose and implement new ideas to further enhance campaign tacticsPerform at a high level in time-intensive work environmentBasic Qualifications:You Bring:3+ years performing search engine marketing for a high volume consumer websiteYou have an excellent working knowledge of paid search (PPC) marketing and an understanding of streaming video tacticsWorking knowledge of a major web analytics vendor such as Adobe AnalyticsExperience working with multiple teams and ability prioritize timeComfortable working with team members at all levels, including senior managementHigh proficiency with Microsoft excel (can perform complex functions) and PowerPointExperience using third-party bid management applications such as Adobe Media Optimizer, Kenshoo, or MarinAdditional Information:Benefits and Perks: Disney offers a rewards package to help you live your best life.
