Job Description

As the Front Office Director for Westgate Vacation Villas and Town Center Resort, you will be responsible for leading and supporting all team members within the Front Office department at our largest property! Not only will you be developing the future leaders of Westgate, but you will deliver the ultimate guest experience to all of our guests on property.Do you have what it takes? Apply now!

Deliver four-diamond service level to all guests Responsible for directing and administering all Front Office operationsto include, but not limited to, guest services and registration (check-in/check-out), room inventory and availability,and group operations Monitor and develop team member performance Assess service and satisfaction trends, evaluate and address issues and make improvements accordingly Respond to emergency situations Monitor groups in conjunction with Revenue Management Ensure efficiency and effectiveness of the Front Office, Night Audit, and Bell Desk by monitoring staffing levelsaccording to occupancy percentage Coordinate hotel projects with Housekeeping and Engineering to ensure rooms are placed out of service for labor to be completed Monitor room inventoryto ensure appropriate number of clean rooms are available for check-insand appropriate planning based on arrivals and departures Must represent Westgate Resorts in a professional manner through appearance, dress, and professional behavior at all times Must work diligently to gain knowledge and experience to execute the role to its full potential Other duties as assigned by leadership
