Job Description:
Molding Technician Specialist/Largo Florida - 2nd
Shift/Temp/Hire opportunity with excellent benefits available after
hired! Pinellas County, Florida Responsibilities: Operate Injection
Molding Machines : Mold parts and components according to customer
specifications. Machine Set-Up and Shutdown : Start up,
troubleshoot, and shut down injection molding machines and
auxiliary equipment. Mold Set-Up & Changeover : Responsible for
mold and auxiliary equipment setup, including robots and grippers.
Press Changeovers and Adjustments : Handle production line press
changeovers and necessary adjustments. Monitor & Control Equipment
: Operate and monitor machinery controls, adjust to eliminate
defects, and use microscopes for inspection. Routine Maintenance :
Perform regular maintenance on molding machines and stamping
presses. Inspection & Testing: s andInsoect and test in-process and
final products using precision tools (e.g.,micrometers, calipers.)
Communication : Effective shift change communication and creation
of maintenance work orders for equipment issues. Safety Compliance
: Adhere to safety standards, use personal protective equipment,
and maintain a clean work area. Additional Duties: Blueprint
Interpretation : Read and interpret blueprints, sketches, and
customer specifications. Team Collaboration : Work closely with the
production team and supervisor to meet production goals. Material
Management : Collaborate with inventory control to estimate
materials needed.
