Job Description Job Description Work Type: Full Time, Direct Hire, M-F Salary: $60-70k/year Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401k match options, PTO and Sick Time Key Responsibilities Track inbound/outbound shipments via ocean and air freight carriers. Coordinate delivery logistics and documentation for cargo. Communicate shipment status to clients and ensure timely distribution of documents. Arrange cargo delivery and negotiate freight rates with carriers and warehouses. Collaborate with shipping lines, airlines, and common carriers; monitor in-transit cargo. Maintain compliance with internal and client KPIs; establish best practices. Qualifications 3 years in international freight management (all transport modes); freight forwarder experience preferred. Strong knowledge of LTL/TL carrier processes and documentation requirements. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a multinational office. Proficient in MS Excel and Word; multilingual skills a plus. Must be authorized to work in the U.S.; ability to work in-office only.
