Supervisor: Senior Warehouse Director Hiring Manager(s): Executive
Director of Operations Hiring Approver: Chief Operating Officer
Classification: Full-Time FLSA Status: Exempt JOB SUMMARY The
Warehouse Supervisor’s primary responsibility is to provide
management and coordination of the various services and components
of the Compassion Center warehouse. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND FUNCTIONS
• Loading and unloading pallets of product on semitrailers using
pallet jacks and forklifts • Screens requests for donation pickups
• Coordinates the logistics of One More Child donation pickups and
deliveries • Manages the inventory in the warehouse • Directs the
distribution of outgoing donations • Supervises the warehouse staff
• Participates in screening partner agencies that receive from One
More Child • Supervises the volunteer coordinator, providing
excellent volunteer opportunities • Manages the facility, warehouse
equipment, and transportation fleet • Maintains a high level of
safety in the warehouse • Ensures safe food storage practices in
the warehouse • Ensures the warehouse is kept clean and well
organized • Perform other duties as assigned of all structures on
campus, including repairs as needed. SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES •
Supervise warehouse staff. • Supervise volunteer coordinator.
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS • High school diploma or GED
required • Previous supervisor experience • Strong
organizational/administrative skills • Maintain a strong sense of
partnership and teamwork • Self-starter with drive, passion and
initiative PREFERRED EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS Advanced
education preferred COMPENTENCIES • General knowledge of warehouse
operations and equipment. Present oneself, both at and outside of
work, in a manner keeping with One More Child’s Core Values of
Humble, Hungry, Wise, and Called. • Basic computer and systems
skills, including experience with Microsoft Word. • Ability to
build effective professional working relationships internally and
externally. • Ability to understand and follow oral and written
instructions, meet deadlines, and work independently. • Skills in
effectively organizing work, files, records, etc., to maintain
efficient workflow. • General knowledge of standard office
practices and office equipment. SPIRITUAL QUALIFICATIONS It is the

requirements. While performing the duties of this job, the employee
is regularly required to lift over 50 pounds. The employee
frequently is required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel. The
employee is regularly required to walk and reach with hands and
arms, stoop, or kneel. Specific vision abilities required by this
job include far and close vision. This job requires the ability to
work in stressful conditions from time to time and remain focused
