Health Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401K Job Details Responsibilities: As our Probate and Trust Attorney, you will be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of probate and trust litigation cases. Your responsibilities will include: 1. Representing clients in probate and trust litigation, estate litigation, and commercial litigation. 2. Conducting legal research and preparing legal documents. 3. Attending hearings, depositions, and trials. 4. Providing legal advice to clients regarding their rights and obligations. 5. Advising clients on the best legal action to take in their situation. 6. Negotiating settlements on behalf of clients. 7. Preparing and presenting cases in court. 8. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of the Florida Bar and other relevant laws and regulations. 9. Collaborating with our team of attorneys to develop effective strategies for our clients. Qualifications: The successful candidate must have the following qualifications: 1. Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school. 2. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Probate and Trust Attorney. 3. Proven experience in estate litigation, probate litigation, trust litigation, fiduciary litigation, and commercial litigation. 4. Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida and a member in good standing of the Florida Bar. 5. Excellent legal research and writing skills. 6. Experience in hearings, depositions, trials, and motion practice. 7. Strong negotiation and communication skills. 8. Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines. 9. High ethical standards and professional integrity. 10. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
