Position Summary: This role will serve as the right-hand person to the hiring manager, playing a critical role during a major financial transformation. The initial focus will be reporting-heavy, but it will quickly evolve into a more dynamic role centered around building innovative analytics and handling ad hoc financial projects. Key Responsibilities: Heavy financial reporting work early on, transitioning into strategic analytics Develop and deliver custom ad hoc analysis as business needs evolve Support financial transformation initiatives with actionable data insights Build new tools, dashboards, and reporting methods to improve financial decision-making Highly Preferred: Strong background in data and analytics within finance is highly preferred Ability to craft a resume that tells a story-clearly articulating contributions and impact rather than listing responsibilities Should be comfortable operating in a changing environment and working closely with leadership Work Environment & Culture: Hybrid work model: 3 days onsite per week High-impact, highly visible role with room to grow Emphasis on innovation, transformation, and strategic thinking Reports directly to a key leader (this person will be their "right hand") High-visibility role during a time of financial transformation Dexian is a leading provider of staffing, IT, and workforce solutions with over 12,000 employees and 70 locations worldwide.
