Sommelier-Elliott Aster at our prestigious property. This role is

expert wine service and knowledge. The ideal candidate will be
passionate about wine and customer service, striving to create

environment. Develop and maintain the wine list in coordination
with chefs and the culinary team. Advise guests on the best wine
pairings for their meals and personal taste preferences. Conduct
staff training sessions on wine knowledge and proper service
techniques. Manage wine inventory and ensure proper storage
conditions. Organize and lead wine tasting events and special
promotions. Stay updated on the latest trends and developments in
the wine industry. Maintain cost control measures and strive to
meet or exceed budgeted financial targets. Extensive knowledge of
wine varietals, wine production, and regions Strong interpersonal
and communication skills Excellent organizational and leadership
abilities Ability to craft balanced and attractive wine lists
Proficient in inventory management software Certified Sommelier
(CS) or higher from the Court of Master Sommeliers WSET Level 2 or
higher Additional certifications relevant to wine and beverage
management
