From toys to t-shirts, console games, books, and more, our team brings our beloved brands and franchises into the lives of families through products and experiences that can be found worldwide, such as the Disney Store e-commerce platform, Disney Parks, local and international retailers, and Disney Store locations around the world.This individual will assist in creating the product strategy for a collection of products or initiatives for Packaged Consumables and Made on Demand Product in the development of highest quality, consumer focused, trend-right product lines across all channels of distribution (licensing, flex business models, vertical and wholesale). This role will report to the Merchandising Manager.What You Will Do:

• Assist in creating the product strategy for a collection of products or initiatives for Packaged Consumables and Made on Demand Product
• Research, organize findings, assemble input from key partners and prepare presentation decks, briefs and recaps for key milestone meetings
• Use key data points to establish perspective on whats working and why to consistently improve product line
• Demonstrated passion for consumer and product trends
• Deliver all item set up information within designated global systems across vertical channels
• Communicating roadblocks, progress, and help needed
• Assess retail sales performance to make sku recommendations
• Attend cross functional team meetings to assist with the input/output of communication
• Coordinate samples among key partners for showrooms and product showcases
• Manage updates and maintenance of the Product Lifecycle Management system
• Prepare and maintain catalog of merchandise by quarter

• Assist with other team projects as neededRequired Qualifications & Skills:
  • Minimum of one year experience in Product or Merchandising
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to drive execution against a plan
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to maintain relationships with key partners
  • Strong Team Player The ability to build & foster collaborative partnerships across functions & departments
  • Well-developed verbal and written Communication Skills
  • Flexible and adaptable with a demonstrated ability to work under pressure while meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated strong organizational and time management skills with ability to prioritize workload and concurrently manage multiple projects
  • High level of attention to detail; proactive, with strong follow through skills
  • Demonstrated positive attitude with the ability to be responsive to feedback and pivot based on changing organization priorities
  • Demonstrated personal initiative skills in the workplace, with willingness to learn new skills and processesPreferred Qualifications:
    • Interest in building strategies for a category or categories of business
    • Passion for retail and brand merchandisingRequired Education:
      • Bachelors DegreePreferred Education:
