An assembly technician is a performance-based role. We cater to large national chains, assembling mostly grills, wheelbarrows, rider mowers, etc. We are seeking self-motivated, hardworking and reliable individuals who know their way around tools and have strong mechanical abilities. This is an independent contractor position. Compensation is performance-based pay - paid by the finished piece. Therefore high energy, fast paced individuals are most successful. The faster and more accurately you assemble, the more you make.
