Key Responsibilities: - Provide respiratory support and care to critically ill neonates in a Level 4 NICU setting. - Utilize advanced respiratory devices including HFJV, HFOV, Conventional ventilation, Nitric oxide therapy, BCPAP, HHFNC, LTV ventilators, and others. - Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary teams to implement individualized care plans. - Maintain accurate patient documentation using EPIC electronic medical records. - Adhere to established policies, protocols, and best practices to ensure patient safety and quality outcomes. Qualifications and Experience: - Current Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential. - Minimum of 2 years experience in a Level 4 NICU. - Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP). - Proficiency with high-frequency ventilation (HFJV) is required. - Demonstrated ability to manage complex respiratory cases involving premature infants.
