degree in occupational therapy, have 3-5 years of experience, and
be licensed as a Registered Occupational Therapist. Lead and
oversee the occupational therapy team in a rehabilitation hospital.
Develop and implement patient-centric rehabilitation programs.
Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to ensure high-quality
patient care. Train and mentor junior occupational therapists.
Monitor patient progress and adapt treatment plans accordingly.
Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
