Encompass Health is seeking a dedicated Lead Occupational Therapist for our Therapy Team in Inpatient Rehabilitation at our Largo location. As part of the Healthcare & Medical Services department, you'll have the opportunity to lead and coordinate a dynamic team of therapists in providing high-quality, patient-centered care. As a Lead Occupational Therapist, your responsibilities will include assessing patient needs, developing personalized therapy plans, implementing therapeutic interventions, and adjusting care strategies based on patient progress. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive rehabilitation services and provide mentorship to less experienced therapists. We are looking for a candidate with a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy, state licensure, CPR certification, and 3-5 years of experience in inpatient rehabilitation settings. Assess, plan, and implement therapy interventions for patients in an inpatient setting. Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
