Job Description:
HCA Healthcare seeks a dedicated and skilled Progressive Care RN
to join our compassionate team. In this role, you will be entrusted
with providing top-tier care to patients in a progressive care
unit, which treats individuals with moderate-to-severe illnesses
requiring close monitoring and advanced medical care. Our
practitioners focus on patient-centered approaches that align with
our mission to improve lives across the nation. As part of our

record patient progress within the progressive care unit. Implement
patient care plans and administer medications. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes. Educate
patients and families on treatment plans and health management.
Respond to patient emergencies and initiate interventions as
necessary. Strong clinical skills with an emphasis on critical
care. Proficiency in using medical technologies and software.
Excellent communication and empathetic patient care abilities.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k
Valid state Registered Nurse (RN) license required. Advanced
Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification. Basic Life
Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association or
equivalent.
