and quality of life. Provide direct and individualized nursing care
to patients based on the application of scientific nursing
principles. Conduct initial patient assessments and vital signs
monitoring, adjusting care plans as necessary. Administer
medications, observe and report any adverse reactions. Participate
in the development and evaluation of nursing practices and
protocols within the department. Coordinate with healthcare team
members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care
plans. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying
with procedures, rules, and regulations. Support patient and family
with empathy, effective communication, and education regarding
treatments and care plans. Strong clinical skills with a focus on
patient care Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations Proficiency
in using healthcare software and systems Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Active Registered
Nurse license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS)
