Provide direct and individualized nursing care to newborns Monitor critical vital signs and medical conditions Collaborate with NICU physicians and medical staff Educate and support families during their neonatal intensive care experience Administer medications as prescribed by attending NICU physician Maintain patient records and prepare reports on status of patients Participate in professional roles such as mentoring and education Strong clinical skills in a NICU setting Ability to work effectively in stressful conditions Excellent communication and compassionate interpersonal skills Proficiency in using medical software and patient care devices Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current RN license Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification Certified Neonatal Intensive Care Nurse (C-NICN) preferred
