Job Description:

issues. Your expertise in wound care will be instrumental in
providing high-quality treatment and education to patients and
their families, utilizing the latest in evidence-based practices
and innovative solutions. This position is pivotal in supporting
our mission to improve human life by delivering exceptional patient
care. Assess, plan, and implement wound care treatments for
patients. Educate patients and family members on wound care
management. Document patient care services by charting in patient
and department records. Collaborate with multidisciplinary team
members to optimize patient outcomes. Stay current with
advancements in wound care and participate in educational programs.
Expertise in wound care and pressure ulcer management Strong
interpersonal and communication skills Ability to operate wound
care equipment and tools Proficient in data entry and electronic
health record (EHR) systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN)
license in the state of practice Certified Wound Care Nurse (CWCN)
