Job Description:

seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for our Inpatient Rehab
unit. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality,
compassionate care to patients undergoing rehabilitation. By
joining our team, you embrace the challenge of supporting patients
through recovery and are instrumental in helping them regain their
independence. Evaluate patient conditions and develop appropriate
nursing care plans. Implement physician-directed care and monitor
patient outcomes. Administer medications and treatments according
to established protocols. Provide direct nursing care and
assistance in activities of daily living. Educate patients and
families on disease processes, treatments, and self-care skills.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient
recovery. Proficient in nursing care assessment and planning Strong
communication and interpersonal skills Skilled in administering
treatments and medications Ability to multi-task and prioritize in
a fast-paced environment Knowledge of rehabilitation therapies and
techniques Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life
Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse license in the state of
practice Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification Certified
Rehabilitation Registered Nurse (CRRN) preferred
