Pool: · Progressive Care Unit (PCU) or · Intensive Care Unit (ICU)
Shift: Nights, 7p-7a, Weekend Rotation Required Job Description: *
Perform and document accurate initial and ongoing assessments to
evaluate patient conditions and needs. * Develop and implement
individualized care plans in collaboration with the
interdisciplinary team to address identified patient needs and
goals. * Administer medications accurately and appropriately as
ordered, monitoring patient responses and adjusting interventions
as necessary. * Supervise and guide nursing personnel in delivering
safe, therapeutic, and quality patient care, ensuring adherence to
policies and procedures. * Provide patient and family education
about the care plan, medications, procedures, and other relevant
information to ensure understanding and compliance. The expertise
