Job Description:
Lee Health is seeking a dedicated Behavioral Health Therapist to
join our vibrant team in Southwest Florida. As a leader in health

ideal candidate will offer specialized behavioral therapy services
within our diverse network of hospitals and clinics, helping
patients through strategic therapeutic approaches tailored to their
unique mental health needs. You will be instrumental in enhancing
patient care by promoting mental wellness and supporting recovery,
thereby contributing to the overall mission of Lee Health. Conduct
personalized patient assessments to identify specific mental health
needs. Develop and implement tailored treatment plans based on best
clinical practices. Collaborate with healthcare professionals to
integrate behavioral therapy with overall patient care. Lead
individual and group therapy sessions to address psychological
disorders. Evaluate patient progress and adapt treatment plans as
necessary. Educate patients and families about mental health and
coping mechanisms. Maintain patient confidentiality and adhere to
all professional ethical standards. Proficiency in Cognitive
Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong capability
in patient assessment and treatment planning. Ability to manage a
caseload and maintain detailed records. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Must be licensed to
practice in the state of Florida. Certified Clinical Mental Health
Counselor (CCMHC) preferred. Valid CPR certification required.
