Job Description:
HCA Florida Largo Hospital, a premier healthcare institution, is
actively seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse
(RN) to assume the role of Clinical Nurse Coordinator in our
Progressive Care Unit (PCU). The chosen candidate will play a
pivotal role in orchestrating daily patient care activities,
ensuring both the delivery of high-quality care and adherence to
all facility policies and processes. This role demands a
combination of clinical expertise, leadership skills, and a deep
commitment to patient care, making it ideal for a nurse looking to

environment. Supervize daily clinical operations in the Progressive
Care Unit, including patient care, staff management, and resource
allocation. Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and
standards, while fostering a climate of safety and integrity.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to create and
implement patient care plans. Act as a mentor and resource for
staff nurses, promoting professional development and continuous
learning. Monitor and report on patient progress, adjusting
treatment plans as necessary. Participate in the development and
review of departmental policies and procedures. Strong leadership
and organizational skills Excellent communication and interpersonal
abilities Proficient in using medical software and patient
