HCA Florida Poinciana Hospital seeks a dedicated Radiology Technologist PRN to join our dynamic Imaging Department. This role requires a professional who can efficiently perform diagnostic imaging procedures while maintaining strict safety protocols. Ideal candidates will assist in fostering a supportive environment focused on patient-centered care, aligned with our core values in one of Osceola County’s leading healthcare facilities, specializing in a wide range of medical services from emergency care to orthopedics. Perform routine diagnostic radiographic procedures in accordance with prescribed safety protocols and standard procedures. Maintain accurate patient records and adjust equipment based on specific diagnostic needs. Collaborate with medical team members to evaluate patient needs and treatment plans. Ensure compliance with health and safety standards to minimize radiation exposure to patients and staff. Provide patient education on procedures and answer related queries. Proficiency in operating radiologic equipment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Attention to detail and the ability to follow complex instructions Capacity to manage multiple tasks simultaneously Knowledge of safety protocols and radiology regulations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Current American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT) certification Valid state licensure as a Radiologic Technologist Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification
