Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM Clinical Details : Duties:
Medication Management, Preventive Care, Treatment Planning,
Diagnosis, Patient Assessment (Physical Examination, Annual
Wellness) Work Setting: Clinic Age Range of Patient Population: 40
Average Patients Per Day: 14 Support Staff: Each provider has their
MA, Case Manager and referral coordinator on site EMR: eCW
Requirements : Board Certified or Board Eligible FL license 2-3
years Clinical experience for Medicare Advantage DEA, BLS Will
consider non-local provider, and reimburse for travel
