About This Role: Event Planning and Execution Lead assigned events end-to-end, from planning and strategy through on-site execution and post-event follow-up. Make independent decisions on event design, vendors, timelines, and budgets within established guidelines. Support larger, high-visibility events in partnership with the Events & Experiences Manager. Logistics, RSVPs, and Guest Management Manage invitations, registrations, RSVPs, and guest lists with clear, timely communication. Coordinate venues, catering, rentals, décor, and day-of logistics to ensure seamless execution. Vendor and Operations Coordination Serve as the primary point of contact for internal partners and external vendors. Source, manage, and coordinate vendors while maintaining budgets, contracts, and invoices. Event Materials and Coordination Coordinate signage, printed materials, giveaways, and branded items in collaboration with marketing and production teams. Ensure all materials align with brand standards and are delivered accurately and on time. Education and Experience Bachelor's degree or higher, preferred. One to three years of experience in event planning, hospitality, nonprofit, or community engagement.
