Clinician (LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC) We invite you to explore an

serve the community. Salary and Benefits Base salary range of
$55,000 to $62,000 per year Additional fringe benefits valued at
$16,500 to $18,600 annually Total annual compensation ranges from
$71,500 to $80,600 depending on caseload and performance W2

weekends, evenings, or on-call requirements Responsibilities Monday
through Friday schedule (8:00 AM – 4:00 PM or 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
Conduct 5–6 clinical sessions per day (60-minute sessions) Receive
2 hours of protected administrative time daily Deliver individual,
group, and family therapy Complete biopsychosocial assessments and
treatment plans Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences
and care coordination Utilize evidence-based treatment modalities
Document clinical encounters accurately and timely in the EMR
system Provide crisis intervention services as needed Requirements
Active and unrestricted Florida license as an LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC
Outpatient behavioral health experience preferred Strong written
and verbal communication skills Proficiency in EMR systems and
clinical documentation Open to both experienced and newly licensed
clinicians Passion for providing quality, compassionate care in a
