of an LPN in a doctor's office include: Patient Care: Taking and
recording vital signs (temperature, blood pressure, pulse,
respiration). Recording patient medical history and current
symptoms. Preparing patients for examinations and assisting with
procedures. Administering medications, including injections, as
directed by a physician. Performing basic wound care, such as
changing dressings. Assisting with diagnostic tests, like EKGs and
phlebotomy. Providing patient education on treatment plans and
medications. Observing patients for changes in condition and
reporting to the physician. Assisting with patient mobility and
daily living activities (if needed). Administrative Duties:
Scheduling appointments and managing patient referrals. Maintaining
patient medical records and updating information. Answering phones

registered nurses to ensure coordinated patient care. Communicating
