for seniors (65 Medicare/Medicare Advantage) Longer, unrushed

and graduate of an accredited nursing program 1-3 years of primary
senior care experience preferred Confident managing chronic
conditions such as diabetes, COPD, CHF, and hypertension Proficient
in EMR documentation with strong organizational skills A natural
communicator with genuine compassion and strong follow-through
