Job Description : As a Registered Respiratory Therapist, you will be at the forefront of patient care, responsible for setting up and administering a wide range of respiratory therapy procedures for patients of all ages. Your expertise will be crucial in the application and operation of acute care ventilators for both short and long-term mechanical ventilation. You will be expected to be self-directed and maintain accurate department and hospital records. Required Skills : 1 year of RRT experience Completion of an AMA-approved respiratory care program (Associate's Degree) Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification Must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) Preferred Skills : Florida State Licensure (or willingness to obtain) Experience in a fast-paced hospital environment Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Additional Information : Sign-On Bonus : $25,000 Relocation Assistance : Available on a case-by-case basis Benefits : 401k, Paid Time Off, Medical, Dental, Flex Spending, Life, Disability Benefits, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Discount Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program, Student Loan Repayment.
