details. Minimum Requirements - Bachelor's, Master's or Doctoral
Degree in Physical Therapy from accredited schools approved by the
APTA - Active Florida Physical Therapy License is Required to Start
the Assignment - BLS Certification May Be Required from AHA or ARC
Assignment Details - Facility Type: Hospital - Shift: Days - Shift
Hours: 0930-1800 - Scheduling Requirements: 8 hr days, 1 weekend
per month (flex days off during week when working weekend) Location
