Assess patient needs and create detailed therapy plans. Implement therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functionality and monitoring progress. Educate patients and family members on treatments and home exercises. Document patient care services by charting in patient and department records. Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to coordinate care and advocate for patients. Maintain patient confidence and protect operations by keeping information confidential. Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local certification, and hospital accreditation. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Proficiency in clinical software and technologies. Ability to handle physical workload and rehabilitation equipment. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist required. BLS certification required. APTA membership preferred but not required.
