Highlights: Surgical PCU Surgical PCU is a new and growing unit, 20
beds unit with strong focus on Post Cath procedural patients. We
have a mix of patients from strokes to post procedure. COPD and CHF
exacerbations. The level of acuity ranges from low to moderate.
Schedule: Full Time 3 / 12hrs shifts 6:45p - 7:15a - 3 /12s
w/rotation of weekend and holidays Job Description: Assesses and
interprets diagnostic data relative to patient age and condition,
including lab results, non-invasive monitoring data, and
interdisciplinary team notes. Makes appropriate decisions and
implements interventions based on nursing diagnoses according to
patients' actual or potential health conditions or needs. Sets
measurable and achievable short and long-range goals for patients,
developing and implementing individualized plans of care.
Prioritizes and completes follow-up assessments, evaluating and
modifying plans of care as needed. Completes timely assessments
including physiological, psychological, developmental,
sociocultural, spiritual, and lifestyle factors, including signs of
abuse or neglect. The expertise and experiences you’ll need to
succeed: QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS: Associate's of Nursing
(Required), Bachelor's of NursingAdvanced Cardiac Life Support Cert
(ACLS) - Accredited Issuing Body, Basic Life Support - CPR Cert
(BLS) - Accredited Issuing Body, Pediatric Advanced Life Support
Cert (PALS) - Accredited Issuing Body, Registered Nurse (RN) - EV
Accredited Issuing Body Pay Range: $31.53 - $52.24 This facility is
