the Position TravelNurseSource is working with Cynet Health to find
a qualified Home Health RN in Largo, Florida, 33773! Job Title:
Home Health Registered Nurse Profession: Nursing Specialty: Home
Health Duration: Ongoing Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience required. Must have infusion
experience. Skilled home care experience required. Home health
experience with OASIS training and experience is necessary.
License: Valid state license required at time of application.
Certifications: BCLS required. Must-Have: Must have a valid
driver’s license and a car for home visits. Must be COVID
vaccinated or have an exemption form on file. Must have a flu shot
or declination, with mandatory mask-wearing at work. Description:
Provide skilled home care visits for patients in their homes.
Manage patients with various diagnoses including cardiopulmonary
conditions, high-risk diseases, and post-operative care. Deliver
wound care, IV therapy, and conduct assessments. Perform foley
catheter changes, staple and suture removal, and gluco-meter
checks. Document patient care and maintain compliance with care
standards. Schedule visits based on the needs of the home care
office. Utilize a laptop, portable printer, and internet access for
documentation. Follow standard operating procedures for patient
assessments and care plans. Participate in interdisciplinary
support with allied health professionals. Complete up-to-date
