Medical Staffing is seeking a skilled PA/NP for a 13-16 week or
longer travel assignment. Night shift Epic 160 beds ACNP required

recent experience as an Advanced Practice Provider Active and
unrestricted Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant license, in
accordance with State regulations Current ACNP or PA-C Current BLS
(AHA/ARC) Current ACLS (AHA/ARC) certifications for acute settings
Preferred Qualifications: Master’s Degree or higher in an
accredited advanced practice educational program Other
certifications and licenses may be required for this position
Summary: The Advanced Practice Provider (APP) is responsible for
delivering comprehensive medical care in collaboration with
supervising or collaborating physicians and other members of the
healthcare team. The APP conducts patient assessments, develops
appropriate treatment, and orders diagnostic test. They are
responsible for interpreting diagnostic and perform procedures
within their scope of practice and credentialing. This role is
flexible and can span a variety of clinical settings. These
providers use evidence-based practice, patient centered care, and
close communication with the care team to promote positive clinical
outcomes. Essential Work Functions: Conduct comprehensive patient
evaluations, including medical history, physical examination, and
mental status assessments Formulate differential diagnoses and
evidence-based treatment plans Order and interpret diagnostic
tests, imaging, and laboratory work Prescribe medications and
initiate therapies within scope of licensure Monitor treatment
effectiveness and adjust care plans as needed Communicate and
coordinate with the complete patient care team Participate in team
huddles, rounds, and case discussions Contribute to
multidisciplinary care planning and discharge processes Accurately
document patient encounters, assessments, and care plans Educate
patients, families, and team members on health promotion and
disease prevention Ensure compliance with regulatory, licensing,
and institutional policies Required Essential Skills: Critical
thinking, service excellence and good interpersonal communication
skills The ability to read, write, & communicate in the English
language is required Ability to read/comprehend written
instructions, follow verbal instructions, and proficiency in PC
skills Physical Abilities - Remain in a stationary position, move
about, move equipment (50-100lbs), pushing, pulling, bending
Interpersonal Skills - To work effectively with a variety of
personnel (professional and ancillary) to present a positive
attitude and professionalism Technical/Motor Skills - Ability to
grasp, fine manipulation, pushing/pulling and able to move about
when assisting with procedures and/or using department equipment.
Mental Requirements - Must be able to cope with frequent contact
with the general public, customers, and meeting deadlines under
pressure. Must be able to work under close supervision occasionally
as well as working without assistance from other personnel. Must be
able to contend with irregular activity schedules occasionally and
continuous concentration to detail Sensory - Visual acuity, ability
