Job Description:
A company is looking for an Oncology Quality Lead to manage
quality tasks and ensure partner satisfaction in clinical data
management.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct orientation for new abstraction team members and manage the
greenlighting process
Oversee fallout reviews and the Second Look process, ensuring
accurate reporting and partner notifications
Mentor and train new hires, while identifying quality trends in
data and providing feedback on quality issues
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Oncology Data Specialist (ODS) Certification required
1+ years of direct data abstraction experience in the Oncology
Registry
Exposure to multiple patient medical record systems (EMRs) and
clinical databases
1+ years of experience in coaching and guiding teams preferred
RN, LPN, RT, RVT, or RCIS credentials preferred
