• Job Med Surg RN / Acute Care We are seeking a qualified Medical Surgical Registered Nurse for an immediate opening in Kissimmee, FL. The Progressive Care Registered Nurse reports directly to the unit Clinical Manager, and is responsible and accountable for the delivery of patient care through the utilization of the nursing process in accordance with physicians' orders, established policies and procedures, established professional standards, and administrative hospital-wide policies.     • Days & Nights available 7-7 Med Surg RN / Acute Care Responsibilities
      • Responsible for the safe delivery and documentation of patient care through the nursing process of assessment, diagnosing, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
      • Perform responsibilities in five areas of nursing practice utilizing critical thinking, management, problem solving and differentiation of urgency in the role of clinician, teacher, researcher, leadership and professional development.
      • Collaborate with other professional disciplines to ensure effective and efficient patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes. Job Requirements We are looking for dedicated and professional Med/Surg Registered Nurses who are committed to providing exceptional patient care and service. It is also important that you are highly organized and that you demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
        • FL RN License and/or approved multi-state license
        • Current BLS and ACLS certifications thru American Heart Association
        • NIHSS certification is a plus
